1. Photography Services

1.1 Nature of Service

Photography is an artistic service created individually. Final images are the author’s work and reflect Michaela Ďurišová’s artistic style.

1.2 Dissatisfaction

• Subjective dissatisfaction with artistic style is not grounds for a refund.

• If justified dissatisfaction occurs, a re-shoot at 50% of the original price may be offered to cover team costs (styling, makeup, hair, set, assistance).

• Complaints must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the images at: durisovaphotography@gmail.com

1.3 Delivery

• Final delivery is within 3 months from the client’s final selection (not from the shoot date).

• Only edited images per package are delivered; RAW files or all shots are not provided.

2. Workshops

2.1 Cancellation & Refunds

• Registration is binding once payment is made.

• Cancellation by participant:

  • More than 30 days before: 100% refund

  • 14–30 days before: 50% refund

  • Less than 14 days: non-refundable

• Transfer to another person is possible upon agreement.

2.2 Organizer Cancellation

• The organizer reserves the right to reschedule or cancel due to serious reasons. In such a case, 100% of the feewill be refunded.

3. Fine Art Prints

3.1 Made-to-Order Nature

Fine art prints are custom-made; according to Slovak law (§7, Act 102/2014), the right to withdraw within 14 days does not apply.

3.2 Damage During Shipping

• Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

• Once approved, a replacement print or refund will be provided.

4. Final Provisions

• Complaints are handled within 30 days of receipt.

• In case of a dispute, clients may contact the Slovak Trade Inspection (www.soi.sk) or pursue out-of-court settlement.
